The sous-vide cooking process involves vacuum sealing the food and then immersing it in water heated to a precise temperature of up to 100°C to achieve uniform, delicate cooking results. The Crockpot Express Turbo multicooker has precise temperature control from 24-90ºC, adjustable cooking times from 0:05-24:00 and a sous-vide cooking mode to cook foods individually for even cooking results. With a capacity of 5.6 liters, it is ideal for cooking meat, fish, vegetables, fried eggs and other dishes. In addition, it has a CHILI function with two settings, HIGH for fast cooking and LOW for a gentle simmer, and is excellent for soups, sauces and pastas. The default setting is 15 minutes at low temperature.
