Cat and dog snacks

Drying racks
The 5 drying racks make it possible to dry several items at the same time or a larger amount of one product. For optimal results, change the racks during drying.
Silicone drying mats
Silicone drying mats are available for making delicious fruit rolls or for drying juicy fruit. The purée or juice cannot leak through the openings of the drying racks. The drying mats can be used several times.
Operation
The Dehydrator blows warm dry air from top to bottom along the drying racks. The duration of the drying process depends on what, how and where you dry it. It takes longer in a damp room than in a dry room. The thinner the slices, the faster it dries.
Recipes
Fruit mix rolls
Necessities
- 840 g canned mixed fruit, drained
Preparation
Place the fruit in a food processor bowl or cup. Make it a smooth paste. Spread the purée evenly over the fruit roll plates. Dry for 5-7 hours or until bendable. Roll up the slices.
Mango rolls

- 800 g of mango in juice, drained

Strawberry rolls
Necessities
- 500 g fresh strawberries, crowns removed, cut in half
- 2 jars of 140 g of apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation
Place the ingredients in a food processor bowl or cup. Make it a smooth paste. Spread the purée evenly over the
fruit roll plates. Dry for 5-7 hours or until bendable. Roll up the slices.
Crostini's
Necessities
- 1 Italian bread (ciabatta) or baguette
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- Dried rosemary
- Olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
Preparation
Cut the bread into 1 to 2 centimeter slices. Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub the slices of bread with them. If you do not have garlic cloves at home, you can also sprinkle the bread evenly with garlic powder.
Chop the rosemary finely. Sprinkle a little olive oil, chopped rosemary and coarse sea salt over each slice of bread. Set the food dryer to 70 degrees and dry the crostinis for 30 minutes.
