Hendi electric smoker
The smoker is ideal for smoking and preparing fish, meat, ham and vegetables. Made of stainless steel with magnetic closing double insulated door.
Temperature adjustable via a thermostat, integrated thermometer in the door. Equipped with a ventilation opening at the back. Comes with 3 pieces 400x279mm grids and bracket with 3 hooks. Note: only use dry wood moth for this smoker.
Cold Smoking: Smoking at a temperature of 20-30 degrees. This takes between 4 hours and 2 days, depending on the size of the product. The product does not cook.
Cool Smoking: The same as cold smoking but with a temperature of 30-50 degrees.
Hot Smoking: This is the most common and easiest method. Use a temperature between 50-90 degrees. The smoking time is between 1-8 hours. The product used is both cooked and smoked.
