The chef's burner is easily and safely attached to the gas canister and covers the entire top of the gas canister. The flame is easy to start thanks to the piezo ignition, the large gas knob makes it possible to easily adjust the flame size and intensity. This Crème-Brûlée burner can be used at any angle, even upside down, without the flame flickering.
