These stainless steel sous-vide separator racks with 4 positions are intended to keep vacuum bags separated during sous-vide preparation.
This optimizes the circulation of hot water in your sous-vide water bath and prevents uneven cooking of your precious dish.
By turning the rack upside down, you can even use it to hold vacuum bags under water (if you don't have sous-vide insulation balls ).

Please note: this separator does not fit in our 7 liter reservoir. It does fit in the 12 liter reservoir and larger .
