The compactly designed SousVide Supreme VS3000 vacuum machine is made of gray plastic. The vacuum packing machine achieves a vacuum of -0.7 bar and has a power of 110 W. For vacuuming dry, moist and delicate foodstuffs, including sous-vide cooking.

Comes with 12 vacuum bags.

The SousVide Supreme vacuum machine is made of plastic and is used for longer storage of food in the fridge and freezer. By vacuuming, the storage time is extended up to 4 times. You also save space compared to packing in containers.

In addition to storing food, the vacuum packing machine is also an aid in sous vide cooking. Immerse the bags with the vacuumed food in a water bath for accurate cooking.
