The stainless steel canister gastronome with a capacity of 3.6 liters is ideal for preserving and marinating in the professional kitchen. It comes with a lid, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can be used with one of the Espressions® vacuum packaging machines.

The Espressions stainless steel canister is manufactured in Europe and is manufactured with materials and assembly methods that are strictly controlled throughout the production cycle to ensure the highest quality and reliability.

Suitable for use at temperatures between -18°C and +200°C.
