Foodsaver FSV2860 Top Line Vacuum system

With the Foodsaver Top Line stainless steel FSV2860 vacuum machine, you can keep food fresh up to 8 times longer. The vacuum machine extracts all air from the vacuum bag, so that bacteria do not get a chance. With the integrated foil cutter you can conveniently and perfectly cut the vacuum bags to size. You place the food in the bag, and you place the open part of the bag in the vacuum machine. With one push of a button you vacuum and seal the bag in a fully automatic cycle.

The Foodsaver Top Line stainless steel FSV2860 vacuum machine has no less than 3 variable positions for different types of food and a pulse system to gently vacuum soft / delicate products. Cook your vacuumed meal in a special sous vide pan to 100 degrees. Do you use a regular pan? With a kitchen thermometer, keep in mind that the water does not get hotter than 75 degrees Celsius. Otherwise the plastic bag melts against the hot walls of your pan.
