The Anova Precision Pre-Cut are great for meal prep. If you don't cook right away, vacuum your food ahead of time and keep it safe for later use in the fridge or freezer. Then you put it directly in your sous vide pot. And voilà: a meal at your fingertips. The vacuum bags are free from harmful BPA substances and can safely withstand cooking temperatures for up to 4 hours. The handy bags are cut to size and have a handy tear-off edge, all you have to do is put the food in!
